What is a License Key?

A License Key is a string of numbers and/or letters that cryptographically encodes your proof of purchase.

When do I get my License Key?

You will be shown your License Key after your download is complete.

What can I do if I lose my License Key?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost license keys. Please make sure you store a copy of yours in a safe place.

Why is the License Key important?

Your License Key is your proof that you have purchased the product from Lockless Inc. It stores the type of product, and the size of your volume license, if applicable.

Do I need a License Key to use a download?

You do not need a License Key to physically use a download. However, you will need a License Key to legally use a download.

How many licenses do I need?

The number of licenses you need depends on how you use the software.
